New Stuff: Better Listings and New User Tutorial

October 4th, 2007 by ryan

There are a couple of new features for invotrak. First, the listings pages are displaying completed invoices as pages: if you have hundreds of completed invoices, you can easily page through them to find the one you’re looking for. In addition, you can also sort invoice listings: just click the title of the column to re-sort.

Second, there’s a new user tutorial available, designed to give new users a walk through of invotrak. We’ve designed invotrak to be as simple as possible, and hopefully this tutorial will make it easier for new users to get started.

The features come from user suggestions, so if you have an idea for invotrak, be sure to let us know!

Love your service! I am a newbie to the site but find it to be exactly what I wanted. Thought I might put my 2 cents in…

It would be nice if I didn’t have to convert all my 2007 docx invoices to the standard doc. Also, any reason why we cant edit the data in a specific invoice? Currently you have to delete an invoice and recreate it if you wanted to make additional comments or change the Net terms. Just ideas: )

All great points, thanks! I’ll see if I can come up with some answers/updates for you to address these.
